Job summary

Motivate Media Group in Dubai seeks a creative Social Media Specialist to drive Emirates Woman’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more. You will craft engaging captions, edit short-form videos, and coordinate with editorial and fashion teams.

You will manage the content calendar, capture content at shoots and events, monitor trends, and use performance insights to grow reach and engagement while delivering branded content and partnerships for a luxury audience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Proficient in short-form video editing tools.
• Ability to write engaging captions and headlines.
• Understanding of social analytics and performance tracking.
• Interest in luxury visuals, fashion, beauty content.
• Excellent English writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills for managing content calendars.

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social-first content, including Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, and short-form videos
• Manage the social content calendar to align with editorial features, campaigns, and events
• Write compelling, on-brand captions and adapt editorial content into platform-native storytelling
• Edit video content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Express
• Collaborate with editorial, fashion, beauty, commercial, and video teams
• Capture content at shoots, events, launches, and interviews
• Monitor social trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Track performance metrics and use insights to optimize content
• Support the delivery of branded content and partnerships

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
• Short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, Premiere Rush, or similar)

• Basic understanding of social analytics and performance tracking
