EmiratesWoman, a leading luxury women’s and fashion brand, is seeking a creative anddigitally fluent Social Media Executive to help grow its digital presence. Thisentry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, beauty, luxury,women’s stories, and the region’s evolving creative landscape. The successfulcandidate will create and manage social-first content across platformsincluding Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts,translating editorial stories into engaging digital experiences.

Workingclosely with editorial, fashion, beauty, commercial, and video teams, theSocial Media Executive will create, schedule, publish, and analyse content todrive audience engagement, strengthen brand identity, and support editorial andcommercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the planningand execution of Emirates Woman’s social media strategy across keyplatforms.
• Create, schedule,and publish engaging social-first content, including Reels, TikToks,Stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
• Manage the socialcontent calendar, ensuring alignment with editorial features, covers,campaigns, events, and key cultural moments.
• Write compelling,on-brand captions and adapt editorial content into platform-nativestorytelling.
• Edit video contentusing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar.
• Collaborate witheditorial, fashion, beauty, commercial, and video teams to promote contentand campaigns.
• Capture and createcontent at shoots, events, launches, and interviews.
• Monitor socialtrends, audience engagement, and competitor activity to identify growthopportunities.
• Track performancemetrics and use insights to optimise content and support audience growth.
• Support the deliveryof branded content and partnerships, ensuring campaigns are executedaccurately and on schedule.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
• Short-form video editing skills,ideally using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, Premiere Rush, or similar
• Ability to write clean, engagingcaptions and social headlines
• Basic understanding of socialanalytics and performance tracking
• Good eye for luxury visuals,fashion imagery, beauty content, and editorial layout
• Knowledge of current fashion,beauty, culture, and lifestyle trends
• Strong organisational skills andability to manage a social content calendar
• Excellent written English; Arabicis a plus but not essential
• Comfortable using MicrosoftOffice, Google Workspace, and social scheduling tools
