Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate social media content across key platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.
• Create, adapt, and publish content including captions, visuals, short-form videos, campaign posts, and timely social updates.
• Monitor audience engagement, comments, trends, and conversations while supporting responsive community interaction.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to support campaigns, events, launches, and other key communication moments.
• Track content and channel performance, using insights to understand what resonates and improve future activity.
• Stay up to date with platform trends, content formats, and emerging social behaviours to bring fresh ideas into the content mix.
