Job summary

Motivate Media Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage content creation, community engagement, audience growth, and performance reporting across our social platforms.

You will work with editorial and commercial teams to boost engagement, drive traffic to our sites, and craft social-first content reflecting Abu Dhabi’s lifestyle, dining, entertainment, travel and culture, while staying ahead of trends.

Qualifications

• Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Strong understanding of social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Snapchat, and how each can be leveraged for audience growth.
• Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working on-ground and creating content in real time.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule daily original content across Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, carousels, and posts, with a focus on engagement and growth.
• Repurpose high-performing web stories into social-first content to drive clicks and engagement.
• Launch and manage editorial-led social series and live event coverage for Abu Dhabi audience.
• Produce, edit, and publish engaging social content including first looks, exclusives, and trend-led stories.
• Collaborate with video producers and creatives on cross-platform storytelling and branded content.
• Analyse platform insights to improve views, reach and engagement; share recommendations with editors.
