Job summary

Motivate Media Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage content creation, community engagement, audience growth, and performance reporting across our social platforms.

The role collaborates with editorial and commercial teams to boost engagement, drive traffic to our websites, and produce social-first content reflecting Abu Dhabi's vibrant lifestyle, dining, events, and culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Experience in a social media agency or media organisation is a plus.
• Strong understanding of major platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Snapchat.
• Excellent content creation, copywriting and communication skills.
• Comfortable working on-ground and creating content in real time.
• Strong understanding of analytics and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule daily original content across Instagram and TikTok.
• Repurpose high-performing web stories into social-first content.
• Launch and manage editorial-led social series for Abu Dhabi audiences.
• Produce, edit, and publish engaging social content including live coverage.
• Collaborate with video producers and creatives on cross-platform storytelling.
• Build social deliverables for sponsored and branded content across paid and organic channels.
• Analyse insights to improve views, reach, engagement and link clicks.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance snapshots and reports.
