Job summary

NAFFCO Group seeks a proactive social media sales specialist in Dubai to drive online product promotion and sales across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp. You will respond to inquiries, present features, and convert leads into purchases.

You will create lightweight content, support campaigns with marketing and operations, and maintain accurate lead and sales records while chasing aggressive targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media sales, e-commerce, or digital selling.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to convert online inquiries into sales.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages promptly
• Convert social media leads and inquiries into sales
• Explain product features, pricing, and promotions
• Follow up with potential customers through chat, WhatsApp, and calls
• Create and share basic product-related content such as posts, stories, photos, and videos
• Coordinate with marketing and operations for campaigns, orders, and support
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales generated
• Achieve assigned sales targets and digital KPIs
