Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a hands-on Social Media E-Commerce Manager to build and grow its digital presence and online sales channels.

You will develop the social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube; create engaging content; manage online communities; and drive performance marketing, product listings and marketplace growth.

The role requires a data-driven approach and strong collaboration with Sales, Warehouse and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Digital Media Business Administration and 3–5 years in Social Media, Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Management.
• Hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or similar.
• Strong experience in managing social media channels and digital campaigns.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads and Google Ads; capable of SEO/SEM and performance marketing.
• Creative copywriter with basic graphic design and video editing skills.
• Excellent communication, independent work style and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn YouTube and other platforms.
• Plan create and schedule engaging graphics reels videos and written content aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage and grow the company's e-commerce stores and online marketplace listings.
• Create and optimise product listings catalogues pricing displays and online inventory.
• Monitor and improve the overall online customer journey and sales experience.
• Plan run and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Track campaign performance ROI conversions and customer acquisition metrics.
• Analyse website and social media analytics including traffic engagement conversion and sales performance.
• Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports for management.
• Coordinate with Sales Warehouse and IT teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer experience.
• Manage online customer queries reviews comments and community engagement.
• Monitor competitors digital trends and emerging social media opportunities.
• Implement SEO SEM and performance marketing best practices.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve online sales engagement and brand visibility.
