NAFFCO Group is seeking a customer-focused sales specialist to promote and sell cosmetics, skincare, dermocosmetic, personal care, and beauty products in our UAE retail environment. You will build strong customer relationships, deliver tailored recommendations, and drive revenue while upholding brand standards.

You will support launches, campaigns, and in-store events, handle inquiries, and coordinate with pharmacists and suppliers to ensure optimal shelf availability and stock control,

Qualifikationen

• Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, Sales, Cosmetics, or Beauty Therapy required.
• Experience in pharmacy sales, cosmetics sales, skincare sales, or beauty retail is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, cosmetic ingredients, and beauty routines is advantageous.

• Provide professional product recommendations based on customer needs and skin concerns
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and product-specific KPIs

• Monitor stock levels, product expiry dates, and replenishment requirements
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and in-store events
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and after-sales support professionally
• Coordinate with pharmacists, suppliers, and brand representatives to support sales growth
