Aufgaben

• Manage the companys social media accounts and online presence.
• Plan and publish regular social media content.
• Create short-form videos reels product videos and promotional content.
• Take or arrange good-quality product photos and ensure images are suitable for websites and social media.
• Manage and update our existing website.
• Upload new products accurately including product names descriptions images and relevant information.
• Check that product listings look professional and are displayed correctly.
• Receive and follow up on customer enquiries quotation requests and online leads.
• Support the companys wholesale and retail sales activities through digital channels.
• Manage and grow our presence on Noon.
• Add new products to online marketplaces and improve existing product listings.
• Research and identify suitable online marketplaces and sales platforms.
• Handle the registration documentation permissions and setup required for online selling platforms with management approval.
• Develop ideas to increase enquiries quotations online orders and sales.
• Track basic online performance and provide regular updates to management.
• Coordinate with the company team to collect accurate product pricing stock and delivery information.
