Job summary

Legora is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to own the post-sale motion for a large EMEA portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams, designing automated, scalable adoption programs and measuring outcomes. You will partner with Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Support to drive adoption, renewal and expansion, balancing high-touch moments with scalable enablement.

A proven track record in customer success leadership, ability to manage a high-volume

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable adoption programs for large customer bases in a B2B environment.
• Ability to build repeatable onboarding, enablement and renewal motions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering and go-to-market teams.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale motion for a large portfolio of clients across EMEA.
• Develop and execute a scalable adoption playbook and ensure measurable ROI.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to accelerate customer success.
• Monitor adoption signals and drive renewals/expansion through data-driven strategies.
