Legora is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to drive adoption for a portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams across the EMEA region. You will design scalable, automated customer motions and balance high-touch moments for strategic accounts.

You will own post-sale motions end-to-end, drive renewals and expansions, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to translate client feedback into roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Scaled CS or customer-education background with programs for large customer bases.
• Experience building repeatable adoption playbooks and educational programs at scale across digital channels.
• 3+ years for Manager, 5+ years for Senior Manager in scaled/digital CS or related fields.
• Ownership of renewals and expansions; GRR/NRR experience in portfolio management.
• Technical fluency with CS/CRM tools, data-driven portfolio management.

Responsabilités

• Own post-sale motion end-to-end for a large portfolio across EMEA.
• Improve the scaled adoption playbook and onboarding motions.
• Execute playbook with automated touchpoints from rollout to adoption.
• Facilitate strategic touchpoints with high-stakes accounts.
• Drive value via templated success plans and digital reviews.
• Monitor adoption signals and flag risks using internal systems.
• Own renewals and expansions as repeatable motions.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, PMM, and Support to ensure client success.
• Translate client feedback into roadmaps and enablement with product teams.
