- Proven track record of adoption, retention and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Own post-sale motion for a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams in EMEA.
- Design and execute scaled adoption playbooks and automated touchpoints.
- Facilitate strategic interactions with high-stakes accounts while enabling broader enablement.
- Drive value through programmatic operating cadence and renewals.
- Monitor adoption signals and manage portfolio health.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to inform roadmap and enablement.
