Job summary

Johnson Controls in Dubai seeks an OpenBlue Customer Advisor to bridge HVAC and smart-building expertise with customer advisory skills. You will guide customers from onboarding to adoption, demonstrating value, and achieving energy and sustainability outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating product demonstrations, trainings, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues, while maintaining strong communications with senior stakeholders. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business or related field.
• 8+ years in HVAC, BAS, energy management or smart-building solutions.
• Proven ability to manage deployment, onboarding, training and ongoing customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from onboarding to value realization and growth.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships to achieve energy and sustainability outcomes.
• Lead product demonstrations, training and solution enablement for customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and communicate progress clearly.
