Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years in HVAC, building automation, energy management, facilities, or building maintenance.
• Experience delivering user training and product demonstrations.
• Excellent communication skills to work with customers and partners at senior levels.
• Proven CRM and enterprise relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer value for OpenBlue solutions.
• Lead customer onboarding, including kickoff calls and deployment milestones.
• Act as trusted advisor to drive adoption, usage, and value realization.
• Coordinate with product and commercial teams and feed back customer insights.
• Support customer retention and identify opportunities for growth.
