Johnson Controls in Dubai seeks an OpenBlue Customer Advisor to bridge HVAC and smart-building expertise with customer advisory skills. You will guide customers from onboarding to adoption, demonstrating value, and achieving energy and sustainability outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating product demonstrations, trainings, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues, while maintaining strong communications with senior stakeholders. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business or related field.
• 8+ years in HVAC, BAS, energy management or smart-building solutions.
• Proven ability to manage deployment, onboarding, training and ongoing customer engagement.

You’ll be a trusted advisor who can connect technical building performance with the outcomes that matter to customers.**What You Will Do*** Own the customer journey from **onboarding and adoption through value realization, retention and growth**.* Understand customer challenges, use cases and success measures and translate them into clear action plans.* Build **trusted-advisor relationships**, helping customers achieve operational, energy and sustainability outcomes.* Deliver or coordinate **product demonstrations, user training and solution enablement**.* Monitor customer health, product adoption and open technical issues, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.* Help customers understand and demonstrate **building performance, energy savings, Measurement & Verification (M&V) and ROI**.* Lead and contribute to **Customer Business Reviews (CBRs/QBRs)**, clearly communicating performance, value delivered, risks and next steps.* Take ownership of **customer escalations**, coordinating Support, Product, Commercial and technical teams to drive resolution.* Translate complex technical and customer situations into **clear, concise communication** for customers and senior stakeholders.* Represent the **voice of the customer**, identifying opportunities to improve the experience and deliver additional value.**What You Will Need****Required*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field.* 8+ years of relevant experience in **HVAC, Building Automation Systems (BAS), energy management, facility management or smart-building solutions**.* Strong knowledge of HVAC/building systems and experience with **OT, BAS or energy-management technologies** in medium to large facilities.* Experience across the customer lifecycle, including **deployment, onboarding, training, adoption and ongoing customer engagement**.* Ability to connect technical performance with **energy savings, measurable customer value and business outcomes**.* Experience building trusted relationships with enterprise customers and managing **complex issues and cross-functional escalations**.* Strong **written and verbal communication skills**, including the ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.* Ability to work independently and effectively coordinate across a matrix organization.**Preferred*** Experience with **smart-building software platforms**, such as OpenBlue, Building X or comparable solutions.* Experience with **M&V, energy performance, sustainability or GHG reporting**.* CEM, CMVP or a similar energy/building-performance certification.**Travel:** Up to 10%*JCI is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any protected categories.**#LI-JM1*
