Job summary

Simone's Tutoring in Dubai seeks a qualified Sleep Consultant to support families with newborns to school-age children. You will deliver personalised, evidence-based sleep plans and compassionate coaching to help families achieve better sleep.

Role involves delivering sessions at home or online, with a flexible freelance schedule and commission-based earnings. DHA/DOH/MOHAP licensure may be required for clinical services.

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Sleep Consultant to support families across Dubai with children's sleep challenges from newborn through to school age. You will provide personalised, evidence-based sleep plans and compassionate coaching to help families achieve better sleep.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough sleep consultations and case history assessments

Develop personalised, age-appropriate sleep plans for infants and children

Coach parents through gentle and behavioural sleep training approaches

Provide daily follow-up support during active sleep coaching periods

Address common sleep challenges: night wakings, bedtime resistance, early rising, nap transitions

Educate parents on infant and child sleep science

Maintain professional follow-up records and client progress notes

Minimum Qualifications

Recognised paediatric sleep consultant certification (e.g. The Sleep Sense Programme, Gentle Sleep Coach, or accredited equivalent)

Minimum 2 years sleep consulting practice

Strong knowledge of infant and child sleep science

Commitment to family-centred, compassionate approach

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with sleep and neurodiversity (ASD, ADHD, sensory processing)

Background in early childhood education or nursing

Training in attachment and responsive parenting

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching and holistic wellbeing practice is not regulated by a single authority in the UAE; however, practitioners must hold recognised professional qualifications and relevant certifications from reputable bodies. For any clinical or quasi-clinical services, a DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence may be required. All practitioners must comply with applicable UAE regulations and operate strictly within their professional scope of practice.

Compensation
Earn 70% commission on all completed and fully paid consultations, coaching sessions, workshops, and family support programmes.
Commission is calculated after client payment has been received.
Payments are made monthly.
Independent contractor position.
