Job summary

Simone's Tutoring seeks a qualified Baby Sleep Coach to support families in Dubai with newborn sleep routines and settling strategies. The role involves gentle, personalised coaching for 0–12 months, including home visits and collaboration with health professionals.

You will guide wake windows, safe sleep practices, and early developmental sleep stages, while maintaining a flexible freelance schedule. Dubai-based applicants preferred.

Qualifications

Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Baby Sleep Coach specialising in infants aged 0–12 months to support new parents with newborn sleep routines, settling techniques, and the foundations of healthy infant sleep across Dubai. You will provide gentle, personalised coaching to help families navigate the early months with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct newborn and infant sleep consultations with families

Provide personalised newborn sleep routine guidance and settling strategies

Coach parents on safe sleep practices, wake windows, and sleep cues

Support parents through the 4th trimester and early developmental sleep stages

Address common newborn challenges: cluster feeding and sleep, overtiredness, and day-night confusion

Provide hands‑on home visit support in the newborn period

Liaise with postnatal midwives, health visitors, and paediatricians as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Recognised baby or infant sleep coach certification

Strong knowledge of newborn and infant development and sleep science

Minimum 1 year baby sleep coaching or newborn care experience

Commitment to gentle, evidence‑based, family‑centred practice

Preferred Qualifications

Breastfeeding support training (e.g. IBCLC, peer supporter)

Experience with premature or high‑needs babies

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching and holistic wellbeing practice is not regulated by a single authority in the UAE; however, practitioners must hold recognised professional qualifications and relevant certifications from reputable bodies. For any clinical or quasi‑clinical services, a DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence may be required. All practitioners must comply with applicable UAE regulations and operate strictly within their professional scope of practice.

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

Own UAE Employment Visa

Green Visa

Freelance Permit

Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility

Any other valid UAE work authorisation
