Job summary

Simone's Tutoring in Dubai is seeking a qualified Positive Parenting Consultant to support families across Dubai in building warm, effective, and respectful parent-child relationships. You will deliver evidence-based positive parenting programmes, coaching, and workshops to help parents raise confident, emotionally healthy children.

You will conduct consultations, deliver programme content (Triple P, Circle of Security or equivalent), and facilitate 1:1 and group coaching sessions, applying

• Recognised positive parenting qualification or certification (Triple P, NVR, Circle of Security, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years positive parenting consultation or family coaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of child development, attachment and positive behaviour support.
• Commitment to evidence-based, non-judgmental family-centred practice.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct parenting consultations and family needs assessments

Deliver positive parenting programmes (Triple P, Circle of Security, or equivalent)

Facilitate 1:1 and group positive parenting coaching sessions

Support parents with challenging child behaviours, sibling relationships, and discipline

Provide culturally sensitive parenting guidance for diverse families

Collaborate with family therapists, school counsellors, and paediatricians

Minimum Qualifications

Recognised Positive Parenting qualification or certification (Triple P, NVR, Circle of Security, or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

Triple P (Positive Parenting Programme) accreditation

NVR (Non-Violent Resistance) training

Experience with families of children with ASD, ADHD, or behavioural challenges

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching and holistic wellbeing practice is not regulated by a single authority in the UAE; however, practitioners must hold recognised professional qualifications and relevant certifications from reputable bodies. For any clinical or quasi-clinical services, a DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence may be required. All practitioners must comply with applicable UAE regulations and operate strictly within their professional scope of practice.

Compensation
Earn 65% commission on all completed and fully paid coaching sessions and coaching packages.
Commission is calculated after client payment has been received.
Payments are processed monthly.
