About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Child Psychologist to provide psychological assessment and therapeutic support to children from early years through adolescence. You will work directly with children and their families in a warm, child-friendly, home-based setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess children's emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs
- Provide individual therapeutic interventions appropriate to the child's age and needs
- Engage parents and caregivers in the therapeutic process
- Collaborate with schools and other professionals as needed
- Write clear, jargon-free reports and recommendations
- Facilitate psychoeducational sessions for parents
- Monitor progress and adapt approaches to individual children
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology with child specialisation
- Valid DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years experience working with children aged 3–18
- Proficiency in child-appropriate therapeutic modalities
Preferred Qualifications
- Training in play therapy or child-centred approaches
- Experience with ASD, ADHD, anxiety, or trauma in children
- Experience in home-based or community settings
UAE Licensing Requirements
This role requires a valid UAE healthcare professional licence issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH), or Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP). Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant licence before providing services. Licensing requirements must comply with UAE regulations.

- Commission is based on completed appointments that have been paid by the client.
- Payments are processed monthly.

Compensation
