Job summary

ARCO TURNKEY SOLUTIONS CONTRACTING LLC is seeking a Civil Construction Site Supervisor to oversee activities at project sites in the UAE. You will ensure work aligns with drawings and timelines, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet milestones.

The role requires a Diploma in civil engineering, a minimum of 3 years UAE experience, and proficiency in reading drawings with AutoCAD and MS Office. Familiarity with local regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in construction projects (buildings, villas, commercial, etc.).
• Proficient in reading drawings and using AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.
• Familiarity with UAE building regulations and authority requirements (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction activities at project sites.

Requirements

• Familiarity with UAE building regulations and authority requirements (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and using AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
