Job summary

• Ensure discipline order and compliance with camp rules and company policies
• Transportation Management
• Manage workforce transportation arrangements for site and camp movement
• Coordinate with drivers and transport vendors for timely and safe operations
• Monitor transport schedules routes and vehicle utilization
• Workforce Operational Support
• Act as a coordination point between site management camp staff and workforce
• Handle operational issues related to attendance movement and logistics
• Support supervisors and foremen with daily operational requirements
• Coordination Reporting
• Coordinate with HR PRO and operations teams on manpower-related matters
• Maintain records of camp occupancy transportation and site operations
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management
• Health Safety Compliance
• Ensure compliance with company safety security and operational standards
• Report incidents operational challenges or non-compliance issues

At least 3 years of UAE experience as an Operations Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or Camp Supervisor. Proven experience in site or manpower-based operations is a MUST.
