Gulf Workforce is seeking an experienced Camp Boss to oversee day-to-day operations of a labor camp in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures discipline, cleanliness, and smooth functioning in line with company policies and UAE regulations.

You will manage room allocations, attendance, and worker movement while coordinating with maintenance, security, and transport teams. Competent handling of worker issues and strict adherence to health and safety rules are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of UAE experience as a Camp Boss or similar role
• Basic communication in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to manage workers calmly and resolve issues
• Knowledge of UAE labor camp rules and regulations

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the labor camp and maintain discipline

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of camp facilities

Coordinate room allocation, attendance, and movement of workers

Handle basic worker issues and report matters to management

Coordinate with maintenance, security, and transport teams

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and municipality regulations

Maintain records related to camp occupancy and facilities

Requirements:

2–3 years of UAE experience as a Camp Boss or similar role

Basic communication skills (English; Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage)

Ability to manage workers and handle issues calmly

Knowledge of UAE labor camp rules and regulations
