Job summary

Confidential Company seeks a capable Camp Supervisor to manage accommodation logistics at the ICAD camp, ensuring clean and hygienic living spaces and timely bed allocation.

The role involves coordinating onboarding setup, procuring items for new arrivals, and overseeing welfare services, airport transfers, and maintenance with contractors. Multilingual candidates with UAE experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School / Secondary School Certificate minimum.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day discipline cleaning bed allocation and hygiene standards of the ICAD camp facility.
• Coordinate with Procurement team, HR Department and Operations to purchase setup items, mattresses, bedding essentials and prepare rooms prior to new employee arrivals.
• Carry out daytime purchasing of automotive spare parts and hardware items from local markets as directed by the procurement and Workshop Operations division.
• Act promptly on employee health issues including accompanying sick staff to clinics or hospitals at any time.
• Coordinate and execute airport pickups and drop-offs for incoming and departing team members accommodating late-night and irregular flight schedules.
• Supervise maintenance needs (AC, plumbing, electrical and room appliances) in close coordination with facilities contractors.
• Supervise daily food deliveries and organize orderly food distribution for all residents.

Job description

Accommodation Management

Coordinate with Procurement team, HR Department and Operations to purchase setup items, mattresses, bedding essentials and prepare rooms prior to new employee arrivals.

Local Procurement

Carry out daytime purchasing of automotive spare parts and hardware items from local markets as directed by the procurement and Workshop Operations division.

Employee Health & Welfare

Act promptly on employee health issues including accompanying sick staff to clinics or hospitals at any time.

Airport Logistics

Coordinate and execute airport pickups and drop-offs for incoming and departing team members accommodating late-night and irregular flight schedules.

Maintenance & Repairs

Supervise maintenance needs (AC, plumbing, electrical and room appliances) in close coordination with facilities contractors.

Catering Food Coordination

Supervise daily food deliveries and organize orderly food distribution for all residents.

Education

High School / Secondary School Certificate minimum.

License

Must hold a Valid UAE Driving License.

Languages

Multilingual candidates with fluency in Hindi, English, Malayalam, and Arabic will be given top priority.

Experience

Prior experience as a Camp Boss, Accommodation Supervisor, Driver-cum-Admin, or Site Welfare Coordinator in the UAE is preferred.

Personality

Energetic, trustworthy, self-driven, capable of working independently, and proactive in solving facility issues.

Availability

Flexible and comfortable handling emergency medical runs or flight transfers outside routine hours.
