Job summary

Auxilium is seeking an Operations Coordinator – Welfare Services to support day-to-day employee welfare and operational coordination across sites and accommodation facilities in the UAE. The role involves coordinating welfare, accommodation, and transportation needs and liaising with camps, sites, supervisors, and drivers.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and coordination skills, experience in operations or welfare services, and be comfortable traveling across sites.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in operations, welfare services, camp coordination, facilities, or employee services
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good follow-up and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable travelling across different sites
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• UAE experience preferred
• Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice will be an advantage
