Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks an experienced Camp Operations Manager to oversee daily programs and lead a team of counselors and support staff.

You will develop operational plans, schedules, and resource allocation while enforcing safety and health standards for campers and staff in a dynamic camp setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in hospitality, recreation, or related field.
• 2–3 years in camp administration or operations.
• UAE driving license mandatory.
