Job summary

ML Manpower LLC - O.P.C. in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Arabic-speaking Operations Supervisor to oversee daily site and camp operations. The role is fully camp-based, covering camp facilities, hygiene, transport coordination and workforce support for operations teams.

Key requirements include at least 3 years UAE experience in site/camp operations, hands-on camp management and Arabic fluency. The candidate must be willing to stay full-time on-site at the camp.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in operations supervision or camp supervision.
• Hands-on camp management and transportation coordination experience.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• Willingness to be site-based full-time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site and camp operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage camp accommodation facilities, hygiene, and welfare requirements.
• Coordinate workforce transportation arrangements for site and camp movement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management.
• Act as liaison between site management, camp staff and workforce.
• Monitor transport schedules and vehicle utilization.
