Job summary

Careers International is seeking a project coordinator/manager for joinery and interior fit-out projects in Dubai. You will drive projects from inception to completion, coordinate design reviews, manage budgeting inputs, procure materials, and supervise subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.

You will liaise with clients and consultants, conduct site visits, resolve issues, and prepare regular progress and financial reports. A UAE driving license and strong team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in joinery or interior fit-out with a track record of managing projects.
• Strong coordination with cross-functional teams including design, estimation, and client management.
• Excellent project management abilities to plan, organize, and prioritize deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and team.
• Solid understanding of joinery and interior fit-out processes and construction techniques.
• Ability to work independently and lead a project team.
• Attention to detail and delivering high-quality work.
• Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and industry standards related to joinery and interior fit-out.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the execution of joinery and interior fitout projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with design team to review drawings, specifications, and client requirements for accuracy and feasibility.
• Work with estimation team to review scope, materials, and costs for accurate budgeting.
• Manage procurement, coordinate subcontractors, and monitor progress for timely delivery.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and relationships.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with specifications and safety regs.
• Resolve project-related issues or disputes and mitigate risks to meet objectives.
• Prepare and present progress, financial, and quality reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
