Job summary

Chalhoub Group, a leader in luxury retail across the Middle East, is seeking a data-driven professional to manage online product categories, collections and launches. You will ensure product data integrity, align with ERP systems, and coordinate with buying and marketing to optimize the online catalog.

The role emphasizes merchandising on site, stock monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with CRM and content teams to drive conversions and promotions across markets.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with Excel and reporting tools.
• Attention to detail to ensure product data integrity and QC.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with SFCC and website fundamentals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage/create/remove categories and collections online.
• Ensure SKU and label consistency with ERP systems.
• Coordinate with purchasing for launches and with marketing for new brands.
• Oversee promotions online including discount, GWP and PWP by country.
• Use analytics to optimize product presentation, navigation and catalog performance.
