Job summary

Chalhoub Group seeks a data-driven Merchandising and Product Management professional to curate and optimize the online shopping experience across its luxury platforms in the UAE. You will oversee categories, collections, and product recommendations, ensuring consistent SKUs with ERP and aligning with the brand strategy while driving promotions and conversions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
• High attention to detail to ensure product data integrity and website QC.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of e-commerce KPIs, inventory, and stock management.
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams including buying, marketing, logistics and product.
• Proficient using CMS systems (SFCC) with ability to influence development scoping to optimize KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Product Management: manage categories/collections and align with online brand strategy across acquisition, promotion, retention and communications.
• Merchandising on Site: optimize product display, manage merchandising on SFCC, test new functionalities, and update banners/content.
• Coordination: own merchandising calendar, coordinate with marketing/content teams, and train new joiners.
• Reporting: analyze best sellers by period, region and brand; monitor KPIs and web analytics; provide actionable recommendations.
