Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Dubai is seeking a Merchandising & Ecommerce Coordinator to manage online categories, collections and product listings across the group’s luxury brands.

You will ensure SKU consistency with ERP, coordinate launches with purchasing and marketing, optimize product pages, banners and promotions, and analyze sales data to drive online performance while maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure data integrity.
• Proven ability to collaborate with buying, marketing, logistics and product.
• Technical understanding of CMS systems (SFCC) and website fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Manage/create/remove categories and collections on the website.
• Ensure SKU and label consistency with ERP.
• Coordinate product launches with purchasing and CRM teams.
• Manage online promotions, discounts, and country-specific banners.
• Analyze weekly and monthly performance by brand, category and country.
• Update homepage banners, navigation, and product pages to optimize conversions.
