Job summary

LINKVIVA Websiite in Dubai is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site execution for events, ensuring builds, installations, and live operations are delivered on time and to specification.

You will supervise all on-site work, enforce safety standards, liaise with contractors, and track progress to prevent delays, maintaining calm leadership during live event scenarios.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing live event sites or large-scale production builds.
• Solid understanding of rigging, builds, logistics and health & safety protocols.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) and UAE-based or open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Site Safety & Regulations: Ensure compliance with health, safety and venue requirements.

About the Role

As a Site Manager youll be the on-ground leader ensuring that event builds installations and live operations run smoothly and safely. Youll work closely with production technical and operations teams coordinating all site activity to make sure everything is delivered on time to spec and without a hitch.

What You Need to Apply
