Job summary

LINKVIVA in Dubai invites a seasoned Project Director to own end-to-end delivery of large-scale events from initial pitch to final wrap-up.

This senior leadership role oversees creative production, sponsorship, and operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and exceptional client relationships.

You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, shape unforgettable experiences, and drive commercial performance across complex programmes in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience managing complex, large-scale event projects.
• Experience delivering multi-site/public events in the Middle East.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the project lifecycle from pitch to delivery and wrap-up.
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure high performance.
• Act as primary client lead, managing relationships and expectations.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and workflows.
• Coordinate across creative production, sponsorship, marketing, and operations.
• Define and deliver KPIs and project objectives.
• Oversee guest experience and ensure on-brand delivery at touchpoints.
• Oversee sponsorship and marketing elements to maximize ROI.
• Manage budgets, revenue streams, and overall P&L.
• Ensure permits, licensing, and compliance with authorities.
• On-site delivery and real-time decision making.
• Lead post-event reporting and continuous improvement.

About the Role

AsProject Director you will take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects frominitialpitch through to execution and final wrap-up.
