Job summary

LINKVIVA in Dubai is seeking a Partnerships Manager for a 1‑month contract with a possibility of extension. You will support the delivery of sponsorships during festival periods, acting as the main liaison for partners and ensuring a seamless on-site presence.

The role focuses on servicing, coordination, and quality control across branding, activations, and post-event reporting, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. Based in Dubai with visa coverage required.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnership servicing, event sponsorship delivery or brand activation management.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Willing to work extended and weekend hours during festival operations.
• Based in Dubai or able to commute throughout the event period.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partnership Servicing & Coordination: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners. Coordinate branding requirements approvals and deliverables with internal teams (creative production event ops). Support partners in finalizing, preparing and delivering their on-ground activations.
• On-Site Delivery & Quality Control: Oversee setup branding installation checks and overall partner presence onsite. Ensure partner activations meet quality standards and festival guidelines. Manage partner needs during festival days, stage mentions, sampling flows, queue control, visibility and general support.
• Operational Tracking & Reporting: Track all partner deliverables and ensure commitments are fulfilled. Support with data collection and provide inputs for post-event reporting.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and energetic Partnerships Manager to support the delivery and execution of sponsorships during our festival period.

This is an execution-focused servicing roleno salesresponsible for ensuring our partners receive a seamless experience from planning through to live event days.

What Youll Do
