Job summary

Lucky Eng. Services in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in construction site execution, structural steel, steel fabrication, and metalworks.

You will supervise installation activities, monitor progress, track materials, and coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure on-time delivery per drawings and specifications. The role requires reading and interpreting construction and fabrication drawings, ensuring safety and quality

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience as Site Engineer or Site Supervisor in construction or engineering projects.
• Knowledge of steel structures, fabrication, erection, and aluminium works.
• Experience with MIR, WIR, site inspections, and progress reporting.
• Ability to coordinate with main contractors, consultants, QA/QC teams, project management, and site execution teams.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and site documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site execution and construction activities for structural steel, metalworks, and aluminium works.
• Supervise steel erection and fabrication-related site activities.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, Project Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors and site supervisors.
• Prepare MIR, WIR, site inspection requests and approvals.
• Monitor daily progress, manpower, productivity and site reporting.
• Read and interpret construction and fabrication drawings.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, schedules and safety procedures.
• Identify site constraints and coordinate corrective actions with the project team.
