Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Investment Group LLC is seeking a qualified Structural Site Engineer with 3–4 years of UAE experience to supervise and manage on-site structural construction activities. The role requires strong site execution, quality control, safety standards, and coordination with consultants and subcontractors.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• 3–4 years of UAE experience in structural site engineering.
• Knowledge of structural construction methods, concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, foundations.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards, site procedures, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of other engineering software is an advantage.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced strong Structural Site Engineer strong with 3 4 years of UAE experience to supervise and manage structural construction activities on-site The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of structural works site execution quality control safety standards and coordination with consultants contractors and subcontractors

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily structural construction activities at the site
• Ensure all structural works are carried out according to approved drawings specifications and project requirements
• Review structural drawings shop drawings and construction details before execution
• Coordinate with project managers consultants subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor activities such as excavation foundations formwork reinforcement concrete pouring and structural framing
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation
• Identify and resolve technical issues and coordinate with the design team when required
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations project specifications and health and safety requirements
• Monitor material usage workmanship and construction schedules to ensure timely project completion
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and relevant authorities where applicable

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• 3–4 years of UAE experience in structural site engineering.
• Strong knowledge of structural construction methods, concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, and foundations.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
