Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Structural Supervisor. The role leads fabrication and erection of steel structures, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity across EPC projects in the oil and gas sector.

Responsibilities include monitoring welding, alignment, inspection, and installation while coordinating with civil, mechanical, and piping teams. Strong drawing reading, QA/QC, and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
• AWS CWI or CSWIP 3.1 certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and site supervision experience on EPC/industrial projects.
• Ability to read structural drawings and enforce QC/QA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee structural fabrication, erection, alignment, welding, inspection, and installation.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and standards (AISC, AWS, ASME, ISO).
• Lead welders, fitters, riggers, and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain daily progress, weld logs, and productivity reporting.
• Uphold HSE standards and permit-to-work compliance.
