Archirodon is seeking a Steel Structure Foreman in Abu Dhabi to lead fabrication, erection, alignment and bolting of structural steel in Oil & Gas or EPC projects.

You will read and interpret structural, fabrication and erection drawings, coordinate lifts with crane teams, ensure welding and bolting procedures meet project specs, monitor manpower and equipment, and maintain safety and HSE compliance on site.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience as a Steel Structure Foreman in Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
• Experience with fabrication, erection, alignment, bolting of structural steel.
• Ability to read structural, fabrication, erection drawings and isometrics.
• Knowledge of lifting operations, rigging, work at height and safe steel erection practices.
• Prior ADNOC/UAE or GCC project experience preferred.
• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Civil/Structural Eng.

Responsabilités

• Supervise steel structure fabrication, erection, installation, alignment and bolting.
• Execute installation of pipe racks, platforms, access walkways, ladders, handrails, supports and frames.
• Read and interpret structural drawings, fabrication, erection drawings and isometrics.
• Coordinate lifting activities with crane operators and rigging teams.
• Ensure welding and bolting follow approved procedures and project specs.
• Coordinate with Construction Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, Surveyors and subcontractors.
• Monitor manpower, tools, materials and equipment to meet daily targets.
• Maintain safety documentation and site housekeeping.
