Job summary

La Vita is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee swimming pool and landscaping projects from start to finish in Dubai. You will manage site operations, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure quality control and safety standards are upheld.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 3–5 years of site supervision experience in pool and landscaping, and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Project. Valid driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of site supervision experience in pool/landscaping.
• Strong knowledge of pool construction techniques and landscape installation.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or MS Project or other site management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site.
• Monitor progress to meet deadlines and project scope.
• Supervise pools and landscaping hard/softscape.
• Coordinate between civil, MEP, landscaping and irrigation teams.
• Interpret drawings and ensure installations per specifications.
