Job summary

Jobmaze FZ LLC is seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee landscaping and swimming pool construction across the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality on each site.

The role requires hands-on pool construction experience, civil engineering background, and strong leadership to drive site teams to meet timelines and specifications, with a focus on effective coordination and problem-solving on-site.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of UAE experience in landscaping.
• Mandatory hands-on swimming pool construction experience.
• Educational background in Civil Engineering.
• Strong leadership and labour management skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE plants softscape practices and planting techniques.
• Proficient in Hindi or Urdu.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and lead labour teams effectively
• Oversee 2-3 projects at a time ensuring progress and timelines are maintained
• Coordinate material delivery subcontractors and site logistics
• Ensure workmanship quality safety compliance and adherence to project specifications
• Resolve on-site challenges proactively and provide regular progress updates to management
