Job summary

Perfect Technical and Landscaping LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for swimming pool construction and water feature projects. You will manage site execution, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery within budget.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specs, supervising pool system installations, and maintaining progress reports and site documentation. UAE/GCC experience is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in swimming pool construction/projects.
• Strong knowledge of pool systems, water circulation, filtration, waterproofing, and MEP coordination.
• Experience in site execution, project coordination, and contractor management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise swimming pool construction and installation activities from start to project completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs and technical requirements.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and quality standards.
• Supervise installation of pool systems including filtration systems, pumps, piping, waterproofing, lighting and MEP works.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, municipality standards, and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning and snagging activities.
• Prepare project schedules, daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during execution.
• Monitor project costs, variations and resource utilization.
