Job summary

La Vita is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee swimming pool and landscaping projects from start to finish in Dubai. You will manage site operations, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure quality control and safety standards are upheld.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 3–5 years of site supervision experience in pool and landscaping, and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Project. Valid driving license preferred.

Job description

The Site Engineer will oversee the execution of swimming pool and landscaping projects from start to finish. This role includes managing site operations coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers ensuring quality control and maintaining health and safety standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in civil works swimming pool construction irrigation systems and landscaping design implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Site Supervision

• Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site.
• Monitor progress and ensure the project is delivered on time and within scope.
• Supervise construction of swimming pools and landscaping elements (soft and hardscape).
• Coordinate between different teams (civil MEP landscaping irrigation etc.).

Technical Duties

• Interpret and implement architectural structural and MEP drawings.
• Ensure installation of pool piping filtration and lighting systems per specifications.
• Manage irrigation systems installation including pump stations and piping networks.
• Verify materials tools and equipment are available as needed for project stages.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3 5 years of experience in site supervision preferably in pool and landscaping projects.
• Strong knowledge of swimming pool construction techniques and landscape installation.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD MS Project or other site management tools.
• Strong organizational communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driving license preferred.
