Job summary

Gardinia Contracting, the construction powerhouse behind Azizi Developments, is seeking a Site Engineer to work on a Dubai project on site in all weather. You will manage daily site activities, review drawings, and ensure work is performed to specifications.

The role emphasizes practical problem solving, material coordination, safety compliance, and timely reporting to management. A civil engineering degree and 4–9 years of site experience are required for this challenging on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction required.
• 4–9 years of experience as Site Engineer in construction/contracting.
• Experience on on-site construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available on time.
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on projects.
• Coordination with the plant / Workshop regarding equipment and machinery.
• Following up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Monitoring all site activities and make sure all done by specification.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for the management.
• Attending site meetings with the consultant and subcontractors.
• Ensure that all works are as per safety requirements.
• Studying the drawings and trying to come with time plan to discuss with manager.
• Ensuring quality of the works.

Role Description:
