• Proficient with MS Office, AutoCAD and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities ensuring alignment with drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality, safety, and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and trade teams including joinery, plumbing, electrical and finishing works.
• Maintain accurate as-built records, progress reports and daily site logs.
• Review and approve shop drawings, submittals and method statements prior to execution.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and provide actionable solutions to prevent delays.
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes, health and safety regulations and project quality systems.
• Liaise with project managers, architects and consultants to resolve design discrepancies.

Requirements

• 45 years of progressive experience in construction with a minimum of 3 years specifically in commercial construction projects within the UAE.
  
• Proven experience in managing fit‑out civil and joinery finishes on large-scale commercial developments.
  
• Strong understanding of construction drawings specifications and technical documentation.
  
• Excellent knowledge of quality control health & safety standards and local UAE building regulations.
  
• Proficient in MS Office AutoCAD and construction management software (e.g. Procore Primavera or similar).
  
• Exceptional communication leadership and problem‑solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a consistent on‑site presence.
  
• Valid UAE work permit and residency visa (if applicable).
