Job summary

Seenrecruit seeks an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee daily activities on residential/commercial sites in Dubai. You will ensure work complies with drawings, specs, and schedules, while coordinating with subcontractors and site staff.

You will monitor productivity, review shop drawings and submittals, manage QA/QC and HSE, and prepare progress reports. Fluent English, UAE driving license preferred, and 10+ years of local experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience on residential/commercial projects.
• Strong UAE construction experience and knowledge of local authority requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera P6, and engineering software.
• Ability to interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Immediate availability in the UAE and a valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities.

• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and UAE authorities (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.).
• Conduct regular coordination meetings to resolve technical and site issues.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Enforce HSE requirements and promote a zero-accident culture.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
