Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction activities at project sites
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and timelines
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety and environmental standards
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with local authority regulations
• Resolve on‑site issues and report to the Project Manager
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to site works

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in construction projects (buildings, villas, commercial, etc.)
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials and safety practices
• Familiarity with UAE building regulations and authority requirements (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.)
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and using AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• UAE driving license is an advantage
