Qualifications

• Certification or licencing in site engineering or facilities management is advantageous.
• Experience in sustainable engineering or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day engineering activities on site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement sustainable solutions effectively.
• Interpret CAD drawings to guide construction and installation processes.
• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance for HVAC, BMS and CCTV systems.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders to address concerns promptly.
• Drive energy management and waste management initiatives to support sustainability goals.

Roles, Responsibilities & Duties

Qualification

Proficiency in interpreting complex CAD designs and working knowledge of HVAC, BMS, and CCTV system controls will be required. Comprehensive understanding of preventive maintenance scheduling and waste management systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Experience & Skills
