MERAKI INTERIORS DECORATION LLC is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities in Dubai. You will manage on-site teams, ensure quality and safety compliance, and coordinate with design teams, MEP consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to meet project requirements.

Responsibilities include inspections, reporting, and ensuring adherence to UAE safety regulations and HSE procedures.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of site engineering experience managing on-site projects.
• Valid engineering license or recognized certification such as CEng or PE is preferred.
• Experience with construction management software (AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and on-site team management.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate with design teams, MEP consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on technical requirements.
• Attend site and technical coordination meetings.
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
• Ensure UAE Dubai safety requirements and HSE procedures are followed.
• Support permits and NOCs from building management or developers.
• Prepare and maintain detailed daily progress reports with photos, labor and materials data.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications while managing on-site teams effectively
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Coordinate with the design team, MEP consultants, subcontractors and suppliers regarding technical requirements
• Attend site meetings and technical coordination meetings
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
• Ensure site activities comply with UAE Dubai safety requirements and the project s HSE procedures
• Support fit-out permits and NOCs from the building management or developer
• Prepare and maintain detailed daily reports on project progress with photos including labor materials used and any discrepancies encountered

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a solid foundation in engineering principles and practices
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant site engineering experience, demonstrating a track record of on-site project management and execution
• Possession of a valid engineering license or certification, such as Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE), showcasing professional credibility
• Proven experience in construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project), enhancing planning and execution capabilities
