Job summary

Pactive Sustainable Solutions is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee and execute sustainable engineering projects at our Abu Dhabi site. You will ensure site operations align with eco-friendly initiatives and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant engineering degree and have hands-on experience with CAD, HVAC, BMS, and CCTV systems, along with strong communication and safety compliance skills. Abu Dhabi-based role with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Certification or licencing in site engineering or facilities management is advantageous.
Experience in sustainable engineering or facilities management.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate day-to-day engineering activities on site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement sustainable solutions effectively.
Interpret CAD drawings to guide construction and installation processes.
Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance for HVAC, BMS and CCTV systems.
Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders to address concerns promptly.
Drive energy management and waste management initiatives to support sustainability goals.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during project execution.
Document progress and prepare detailed reports for continuous improvement.
