Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architecture and construction management, with on-site supervision experience.
• Experience on large-scale horizontal building projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee the construction site to ensure architectural design is implemented per plans.
• Quality Control: Monitor materials and workmanship to meet design specifications and standards.
• Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to resolve design or construction issues.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Problem-Solving: Address issues on-site and adjust plans as necessary.
• Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports highlighting deviations and proposed solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders.
