Ideal Profile

Candidates should hold a bachelor 's degree in Architectural Engineering or an equivalent architectural qualification and possess at least 15 years of demonstrable experience covering architectural supervision and project administration. Extensive experience on large-scale Middle East projects within the consulting industry is required. Candidates should be confident supervising architectural works in active construction environments and managing technical interfaces between designers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Strong capability in shop drawing review, material evaluation, site inspection, design interpretation, quality assurance, technical problem solving, and construction documentation is important. Membership of a recognized professional institution or credentials such as PE, PEng, or CEng are preferred. LEED GA or LEED AP certification would provide additional value, particularly for projects incorporating sustainable design and construction requirements.
